Put your address in the the shipping information so we know where to collection from
Ready your Sample
Place your sample just outside your door CLEARLY labelled for us and we’ll come pick it up at collection time

Morning Collection

Make sure your sample is first through the door
Cut off time: 8:00am
Great for over night collections.
Get notified when drop off occurs.
Afternoon Collection

Beat the clock and get your sample in before closing
Cut of time: 2:30pm
Orders placed after the cut off time are collected the next morning.
Subject to the collection site hours of operation.

Are you covered by Health Insurance?
No, we are an out of pocket expense and payment must be made prior to pick up
Do you operate only in the Lower Mainland or all over B.C.?
Currently we operate only in the Ladner and Tsawwassen area. However we are looking to expand if there is demand for our service.

How much does UTI Care cost?
Our morning collection costs $35 our afternoon collection costs $45
Do you only take Urine Samples?
No, we transport both urine and stool samples, however urine is the most common at home sample transported. At this time we don’t transport blood but stay tuned!
Do I need a Doctor’s requisition?
You need a doctor’s requisition in order for Lifelabs or other central lab providers to run the test, but you do not need a Doctor’s requisition to use our UTI Care Courier Service
Do you draw blood?
No, We do not draw blood
Are you a Mobile Clinic?
No, we pick up properly labelled samples ordered by a doctor or other healthcare practitioners and drop them off at your local collection site (LifeLabs, DynaCare, etc.)
Rescheduling/cancellation policy?
If we have more than 48 hours notice you are eligible for a refund. Rescheduled pickups can only be move to the next scheduled collection time (Morning -> Evening) or (Evening -> Morning)
How do I get my lab results?
Same as you would if you dropped the sample off yourself. LifeLabs online patient portal or through your healthcare provider. FMRK does not run the tests nor keep a copy of sensitive patient information after 24 hours.
